The Annual Edgewood Heritage Festival
 The Annual Edgewood Heritage Festival takes place in Edgewood, Texas, and is an all-day event that occurs on the 2nd Saturday of every November. This festival takes place at the historic Heritage Park and is when families, children and friends come together to enjoy and participate in a wide variety of activities. Admission to attend this festival is free so all you have to do is just get here. The Town of Edgewood is in Van Zandt County, Texas, and is located along US Highway 80 being 50 miles east of Dallas.

 Every second of November, locals and visitors from all over the region come to enjoy a day filled with many activities and events. Those attending will enjoy traditional Texas Music, see arts and crafts, a vintage car show, a CASI Chili cook-off, quilt show, and even a dedicated children’s area for the kids. The Annual Edgewood Heritage Festival typically starts at 9:00 am till 4:00 pm so plan your schedule accordingly.
But the festival is not just about activities and events, it’s where you can also take a tour to explore the various historical homes, structures and properties that have been restored. The Edgewood Heritage Museum is a notable attraction where one can explore the local history and see unique treasures of east Texas. This Heritage Park area is located on 17 lots at the center of Edgewood and represents life circa 1900s.
